Though many people consider Hong Kong one giant shopping mall, it is in fact a collection of islands. Far from the glitz and neon of Kowloon, lazy afternoons on Lantau are a world apart. As a whole, however, Hong Kong is a fascinating place of markets, roast duck, the Star Ferry, and food food food.
