Anaehoʻomalu Beach, sometimes called Waikoloa Beach, is on the South Kohala coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. Anaehoʻomalu Bay is a palm fringed beach and is the location of the Lavaman Triathlon. Anaehoʻomalu, is well known for its snorkeling and historical significance in Hawaiian culture. Besides its natural and idyllic surroundings, it is also a favorite spot for sea turtles to come ashore to rest or lay eggs.
