Western Village Haikyo, Abandoned Mt Rushmore - Japan is the last place you'd expect to a Wild West theme park let alone a replica of Mount Rushmore. Although Western Village officially closed down as a tourist attraction in 2007, it is still popular with urban explorers to rifle through the rubble, weedy saloons and faded and rotting attractions. Western Village is officially off limits but has easy access, nevertheless, visitors are in fact trespassing. Invaders may be creeped out by all the weeds and dilapidation or fascinated - true aficionados of haikyo, abandoned buildings and theme parks seem to enjoy the added risk of going where they're not supposed to and will be unable to resist.
