Kyoto State Guest House Garden - Kyoto State Guest House is managed by the Cabinet Office located inside Kyoto Gyoen National Garden and next to the Kyoto Imperial Palace. It is used when welcoming guests from overseas. Sukiya Kenchiku and Nakamura Toji Komuten, one of Japan's leading architects, were involved in the construction, and the garden was designed by Sano Toemon and Uedo Zoen, who were the official gardeners of Ninnaji Temple and the Omuro Imperial Palace . The garden's large waterfall was created by stone carver Masatoshi Izumi, who was also a collaborator with Isamu Noguchi.
