Downhill battle scene at Heike Monogatari Wax Museum - The rise and fall of the Heike clan is reproduced in a massive scale using 260 wax figures, in seventeen scenes using historical dioramas. There is also a gallery introducing famous persons from Shikoku and Japan such as prime ministers, baseball players, enka singers and more. This is the largest wax museum in Japan. It’s main theme, of course is the history of the genpei war, narrated by a lute playing priest.
