Enceladus Bosque Grove focus is of a lead a sculpture by Gaspard Marsy. The design of the bosque grove transformed this enclosed space into a crossroads by removing the trellises. The subject is from the fall of the Titans. The sculptor portrayed the giant Enceladus halfway buried under rocks struggling to survive. The fountain is usually not active because of severe water shortages in the area. Chateau de Versailles is laid out over 800 hectares with large sprawling gardens, fountains and the Palaces of Trianon. Most of the gardens were designed by André Le Notre, and are as breathtaking as the Palace itself. High on symmetry, adorned by massive number of sculptures, groves and fountains, these gardens represent royal French aesthetics and power at the time of the Sun King.
