Saigoyama Park Garden

Saigoyama Park was once the residence of Tsugumichi Saigo the brother of Takamori Saigo who was a military figure and politician the locals in the neighborhood called the place Saigo mountain or Saigoyama and the name stuck. The park creativily used the slope to make an artificial waterfall with a 20 meter drop is made on the gentle slope from the top of which Mt. Fuji can be viewed on a clear day.
