Kasuisai Temple Garden

Kasuisai Temple Garden has 600 years of history, named by the shogun Ieyasu Tokugawa. The Gokoku Tower on the hill on the west side of the precincts was built in 1911 to worship the dead of the Russo-Japanese War. The design by Chuta Ito, is shaped like the pagoda of Gandhara.
