Rapi:t is an express train service between Kansai International Airport KIX and Namba Station Osaka operated by Nankai Railways. This retro looking yet futuristic train was designed by Wakabayashi Hiroyuki and won the Blue Ribbon Prize for design in 1995. Its official name is Nankai 50000 though most people in Osaka call it “rapido” though for some reason they spell it rapi:t
