Suisho Park Garden - Water Wheel Park - The former Akatsuka village, where this park is located, is on land with historic associations. The restored watermill is a reproduction of the scenery of paddy rice cultivation that was once done in this area. The Japanese garden at water wheel park was completed after that, and the nearby tea room Tokusuitei named after the name of this area. The theme of the garden is "Clear stream and its blessings nurtured in the local forest". It is a pond spring strolling garden that makes use of the remnants of the Maedanizu River. A stone garden was built in front of the entrance of Tokusuitei.
