  • Dining on Thai Railways - The State Railways of Thailand are easily the best way to get around and see the country. Train travel is comfortable, safe, cheap, environmentally friendly. And unlike flying, it's a genuine Thai experience that makes the journeys as much part of your trip as the destinations. In fact, Thailand has one of the best metre-gauge rail systems in the world. An added benefit is the fares are very low, food is brought to your sleeping berth on order, and trains run on time.
